What you provide directly
- Email address — to create your account and send login codes.
- Name — optional, used to personalise your experience.
- Tool inputs — job titles, industry, experience level, and notes you enter when generating content.
Collected automatically
- Usage data — which tools you use, generation counts, timestamps.
- Device data — IP address and browser type, used for security and abuse prevention.
- Sessions — server-side sessions to keep you logged in. No third-party ad cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure
- To process requests and generate AI interview content
- To enforce usage limits based on your plan
- To send transactional emails (login codes, payment receipts)
- To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
- To improve and develop the platform
We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
4. Third Parties We Work With
- Anthropic (Claude API) — your tool inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses.
- Razorpay — payment processing. We share your email and transaction details when you purchase. We do not store card details.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@talentsmint.com.
6. Your Rights
- Access — request a copy of data we hold about you.
- Correction — update your account details.
- Deletion — request full account and data deletion.

7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, bcrypt-hashed tokens, and session security controls. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
